On Tuesday the stock market was dominated by optimism. The index of the largest Polish companies finished the day at 3587 points, an increase of 0.69%. The leader of the gains among blue chips was Kruk, whose shares rose for the fifth session in a row. Yesterday the company's shares rose by 4.43%.

        Budimex (+4.21%) also stood out positively, and at the bottom of the table was Dino with a discount of 3.01%. The Central Statistical Office released the latest consumer inflation data in Poland on Tuesday. The CPI index in June fell sharply, thanks in part to lower fuel prices. Inflation reached 2.5% year-over-year versus the expected 2.7%. For comparison, in May CPI reached 3.1%. In the monthly view, average prices of goods and services fell by 0.5%, a steeper decline than the forecast of -0.2%.

        For comparison, in May the monthly dynamics were also negative, at 0.3%. A few weeks ago investors expected that the RPP would be forced to raise interest rates three times over the next 12 months, but this scenario is no longer anticipated. Meanwhile, European markets also saw a green day yesterday. The German DAX rose by 1.43%, and the French CAC40 gained 0.44%.

        Investors were mainly focused on technology companies. Semiconductor manufacturer ASML rose 7% on Tuesday, while STMicroelectronics and Infineon gained 1.5% and 4% respectively. On Wall Street buyers also had the advantage and technology companies rose the most. As a result, the Nasdaq rose by 1.52% and the S&P 500 by 0.79%.

        The macroeconomic calendar for today includes the release of the May PMI indicator for the Polish processing sector. An increase towards the threshold level of 50 points is expected, helped by orders placed under the EU SAFE program. Additionally, investors may focus on the ADP report, which will provide guidance before the Thursday release of non-agricultural employment data in the USA.

        Develia Purchase of a plot in Warsaw The subsidiary of Develia – Develia Warszawa – bought a plot in Warsaw on Anilinowa Street for 12.17 million PLN for 106 residential units. The planned start of sales for this investment project is 2027.

        Dom Development Introduction of apartments for sale Dom Development introduced 166 apartments for sale in the Myśliborska Park investment in Warsaw's Białołęka.

        Aplisens Share buyback Aplisens invited shareholders to sell up to 251,243 of its own shares, offering 19.5 PLN per share. The sale will begin on 6 July and end on 17 July at 16:00.

        Digital Network Dividend Shareholders of Digital Network decided that the company will pay a dividend of 22.8 million PLN, i.e. 5 PLN per share – as decided at the AGM. The dividend record date is 31 August, and the payment date will be 15 September 2026.

        Makarony Polskie Acquisition of Stoczek Natura The Makarony Polskie Group acquired 100% of Joyfood shares for 5.9 million PLN. Joyfood is a Polish producer of ready meals on trays, vegetable pastes and superfood products in Poland, with revenues of 33.6 million PLN in 2025.

        Medinice Issuance without subscription rights The ordinary general meeting of Medinice approved the issuance of 1,165,000 shares of series O in a private subscription directed at the main shareholder – Parmanand Family Foundation, excluding subscription rights – as stated in the resolutions. The issue price will be 50 PLN per share.

        Mercator Medical Dividend Shareholders of Mercator Medical decided to pay a dividend of almost 15 million PLN from 2025 profits, i.e. 1.64 PLN per share. The dividend record date is 22 July, and the payment date is 5 August 2026.

        PlayWay Dividend The general meeting of PlayWay decided to allocate 115.9 million PLN for the 2025 dividend, giving 17.39 PLN per share. The dividend record date is 7 July, and the payment will take place on 17 July 2026.

        Scope Fluidics Production line readiness in 2027 Thanks to securing a new location, the semi-automatic panel production line for the BACTEROMIC system should reach production readiness within a few months, but no later than the first half of 2027. In mid-May the company reported that the line's readiness would be delayed, citing ongoing location searches. The plan announced in February aimed for an internally validated line by early second half 2026.

        Trans Polonia Dividend Shareholders of Trans Polonia decided that the company will allocate 4.7 million PLN from reserves for dividend payment, giving 0.21 PLN per share. The dividend record date is 14 August, and the payment date is 31 August 2026.

        Voxel Dividend Shareholders of Voxel decided to allocate 26.3 million PLN from 2025 net profit for the dividend, giving 2.5 PLN per share. The dividend record date is 30 September, and the payment date is 4 December 2026.
