As the Management Board indicates, winter has hindered operations at Eco Point and in the stabilization and solidification segment, which may slightly weigh on 1Q26 results.
However, revenues and results for the entire year 2026 are also expected to be record‑breaking, similar to 4Q25.
Support for 2026 results will come from a record‑breaking pipeline of contracts (already over 200 million PLN), development of new segments – including oil and greased water processing – and potential acquisitions, which together justify a positive, stable earnings outlook for the coming quarters.
The company announces an acquisition in the waste collection sector. Companies with revenues up to 100 million PLN are of interest. They are roughly the same size as the recently acquired Eco Point.
The first quarter, due to the cyclical nature observed in the company, is the weakest in the fiscal year and accounts for about 20% of annual revenues. 1Q EBITDA typically contributes 19% to the annual result.

The Mo‑BRUK business focuses on three interconnected areas: solidification and stabilization of inorganic waste, production of alternative fuels, and incineration of hazardous waste. The company has one subsidiary, of which it is the sole shareholder, Raf‑Ekologia Sp. z o.o.
