Big profit counting, i.e. simulators make money!
The market rarely forgives boredom, but loves hard cash and real profit. Ultimate Games proves that in an era of AI hype and massive budgets for new titles, you don’t need to build huge open worlds for hundreds of millions of dollars to generate a steady stream of money that satisfies even the most demanding shareholders. The company’s board has just put a very concrete and enticing proposal on the table – 1 PLN dividend per share from the profit earned in 2025. A total of 5.23 million PLN is up for distribution. It’s worth noting that the Supervisory Board positively evaluated this recommendation.
For regular GPW attendees, this is a signal that the chosen strategy yields tangible results. Two key dates to mark on the calendar: the board proposes July 31 as the acquisition date of dividend rights, and the payout will be credited to shareholders’ accounts on August 10, 2026.
Comparing these figures to the company’s historical performance fully illustrates the scale of optimism. In 2025, Ultimate Games’ general meeting decided to allocate 2.61 million PLN of 2024 profit to shareholder rewards, resulting in a modest 0.50 PLN per share. We’re looking at a powerful, 100% year‑over‑year increase. Interestingly, despite such positive news, Ultimate Games shares fall by a symbolic 0.33% to a level of 15 PLN.

From vampire to angler, i.e. a portfolio that keeps the course
Ultimate Games’ financial success does not come from nothing or random whims of fate. The company built its market position on a unique approach to serial game production, becoming a real factory of diverse, often very niche (but also extremely profitable) titles.
They are behind the global success of the hit Ultimate Fishing Simulator, proving that a virtual fishing seat can be more profitable than many high‑budget RPGs produced over many years.
The studio does not confine itself to a single niche. Its portfolio is a fascinating genre mix. You’ll find Castle Flipper, which allows you to restore medieval castles, and the completely insane Priest Simulator: Vampire Show, which gained cult status in certain circles thanks to its uncompromising humor. Add Crime Simulator and the ambitious Ultimate Hunting project, and you have a stable machine for generating profits with highly diversified risk.

2026 releases and top‑tier clash with giants
The real driving force behind Ultimate Games could be more carefully tailored simulators planned for the coming months. Announcements of games like Retro Arcade Shop Simulator and the new The Aquarium show that the company understands the modern player.
The Millennial and Gen Z generation, with growing nostalgia for the past decade, finds managing 90s‑era game rooms a perfect fit.
The whole situation gains extra flavor when we look at the broader market context. On May 28 CD Projekt’s financial results will be published, the undisputed king of Polish game dev. That’s a whole other league, but Ultimate Games shows that on the trading floor size doesn’t decide everything, and the company can offer investors a quick and tangible return on investment.
