Stock Exchange: Allegro, Grupa Kęty, and Unimot on the Target! Friday session on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (26.06.26)

After a three‑day series of declines on the Warsaw floor, Thursday brought a rebound. The index of the largest Polish companies rose by 1.26% to 3,598 points. Tauron’s shares gained over 6%, while Pepco and PGE shares rose over 5%. The weakest among the blue‑chips was CD Projekt, which fell 1.15%. In the small and mid‑cap segment, the dynamics were smaller. mWIG40 rose by 0.25%, and sWIG80 fell by 0.17%.

      WIG20 and mWIG40

      AB AB plans to issue bonds with a total nominal value of 110 million PLN. The bond maturity date will be 15 July 2030.

      Allegro Allegro.eu’s share buyback program aims to repurchase up to 42,105,263 shares for no more than 800 million PLN in the first phase. The maximum purchase price per share is 45 PLN.

      Grupa Kęty Grupa Kęty estimates that in Q2 2026 it had 234 million PLN net profit and 375 million PLN EBITDA. PAP Biznes consensus forecast 210.8 million PLN net profit and 340 million PLN EBITDA. The group stated that despite no signs of an economic improvement in Europe, high uncertainty caused by the conflict between the USA, Israel, and Iran, and supply‑chain disruptions due to the Strait of Hormuz blockade, the holding achieves high sales levels, allowing over 90% utilisation of its production capacity. The largest revenue increase (+32% YoY) to about 705 million PLN is forecast in the Pressed Products Segment, driven by a 12% YoY sales volume growth and the higher aluminium prices mentioned above.

      Rainbow Tours The general meeting of Rainbow Tours decided that from the 2025 profit, 125.15 million PLN will be paid as dividend, giving 8.6 PLN per share. The remaining 109.2 million PLN will stay in the company as retained earnings and strengthen the reserve capital. The dividend record date is 2 July 2026, and the payment date is 9 July 2026.

      Unimot The wind farm transition: Unimot Group, through Unimot Renewables, acquired 100% of the target company implementing the Gostynin wind farm project with a planned installed capacity of 34.2 MW, located in the Masovian Voivodeship. The total purchase price of the shares is 51 million PLN. The company said the transaction is the first step in implementing the Independent Power Producer (IPP) strategic model, which involves long‑term ownership and operation of its own renewable energy generation assets.

      SWIG80 and others

      Arlen Arlen’s supervisory board decided to allocate 12.17 million PLN of 2025 profit for dividend, giving 0.55 PLN per share. The remaining net profit of about 26.4 million PLN will go to the reserve capital. The dividend record date is 6 July, and the payment will take place on 15 September 2026.

      Digital Network The board of Digital Network changed its recommendation regarding the 2025 dividend and now recommends allocating 22.83 million PLN, which will provide 5 PLN per share. Previously the board had recommended a 4.46 PLN per share dividend. The recommended dividend record date is 31 August 2026, and the payment date is 15 September 2026.

      Big Cheese Studio Big Cheese Studio terminated the publishing agreement with Silk Road Games concerning the exclusive license to exploit the game "Cooking Simulator" in the territory of the People’s Republic of China. The company informed that despite handing over the Chinese version of the game to Silk Road Games in November 2025, the game had not been introduced for sale in the Chinese market by the time of the termination. The company believes that maintaining the exclusivity granted to Silk Road Games lacks economic justification given the lack of commercialization of the project in the market covered by the agreement.

      VRG The ordinary general meeting of VRG authorized the board to acquire no more than 8,440,410 shares, representing 3.6% of the share capital, with a maximum allocation of 60 million PLN.
