Shares of CD Projekt (+3.56%) and Modivo (+3.40%) also performed well. Only Dino ended the day on the negative, losing 1.07%. Clear gains were also noted by mid-cap companies, whose index rose 1.41%, while the sWIG80 performed slightly weaker, up only 0.28%. Positive sentiment also prevailed on European exchanges. The German DAX rose 2.02%, and the French CAC40 gained 1.65%.

On Wall Street, the session was marked by a rotation of capital from the technology sector towards traditional market segments. The Dow Jones rose 1.14% and set a new historical high, the S&P 500 closed unchanged, while the Nasdaq fell 0.80%.

Strong pressure remained on semiconductor manufacturers, where Micron's shares fell 5.45% and Sandisk 14.23%, extending the discount started during Wednesday's session. Yesterday we saw data from the U.S. labor market. In June, non-farm employment increased by only 57,000 jobs versus an expected rise of about 110,000. At the same time, the unemployment rate fell to 4.2% from 4.3%, and wage growth was 3.5% year‑over‑year.

The clear slowdown in employment growth reduces the likelihood of a rate hike by the Fed at its next meeting. In response to the report, U.S. bond yields fell, the dollar weakened, and capital flowed into riskier assets.

Due to the Independence Day holiday in the U.S. and the absence of trading on those markets, Friday's session is expected to run with noticeably lower investor activity. After strong Thursday gains in Europe, profit taking is possible, although the weak dollar and falling U.S. bond yields may still support emerging markets.
