As part of this partnership, an exclusive podcast featuring Bitget’s Chief Executive Officer, Gracy Chen, will be released, where she will discuss her career and offer strategic advice to women starting out in the blockchain industry. In addition to multimedia content, both organizations will jointly publish a series of educational articles designed to give the WIW3CH community guidance on career development, technical knowledge, and navigating the evolving Web3 landscape.
To further narrow the gap between education and career opportunities, Bitget is giving away three VIP memberships in the WIW3CH program to members of its community. These exclusive passes grant holders free or discounted access to industry workshops and conferences, as well as early access to specialized educational modules. Beyond knowledge acquisition, membership fosters deep integration with the community through access to private communication channels and working groups, and gives priority when reviewing applications for future scholarships.
Since its inception in early 2024, the Blockchain4Her initiative has been built on four pillars: support, empowerment, education, and openness. The program was recently expanded under the “Lady Forward” campaign, which broadened collaboration with universities and introduced a program for women in leadership roles, aiming to connect women across the entire blockchain ecosystem—including developers, investors, and entrepreneurs. To date, the initiative has awarded grants to 11 women-led startups through the “Pitch n’ Slay” competition, and through global meetings and strategic alliances it has reached hundreds of thousands of people.
“From my experience, real communities are essential for navigating this male-dominated industry,” says Gracy Chen, Chief Executive Officer of Bitget. “They provide the safety and confidence needed for fundraising and decision-making.” We chose to partner with WIW3CH because of their authentic commitment to diversity; together we can provide high-quality resources that make women’s perspectives a driving force for the next wave of innovation.”
WIW3CH offers a robust support system through specialized workshops, a rich roster of expert speakers, and structured mentorship programs. With partnerships with global entities such as Bitget, the organization continually advances its mission to create a collaborative ecosystem where women can thrive.
“Our mission is to create a safe environment where women in technology can support each other by leveraging shared opportunities. Partnering with Bitget allows us to amplify our impact and provide our members with practical, institutionally grounded knowledge essential for achieving leadership positions in this field,” says Aliya Das Gupta, President of WIW3CH.
This announcement continues Bitget’s social impact efforts, including ongoing collaboration with UNICEF. The project aims to equip 300,000 people—90% of whom are women and girls—with basic digital and blockchain skills, ensuring that the future of the financial sector is built on inclusivity from the outset.
