Ben Laidler, eToro's Global Markets Strategist, has over 25 years global investment research experience, having held roles as Global Equity Strategist, Global Head of Sector Research, and Head of Americas Research at HSBC in New York. Prior to eToro, he was CEO of independent research firm Tower Hudson in London. 

He is a graduate of the London School of Economics (LSE) and Cambridge University, an associate of the Institute of Investment Management & Research (IIMR), and a regular global financial markets commentator.
