The Company informed that it purchased 125,500 shares (2.9% of the share capital) for PLN 3.6 million which implies an average price per share in the pending buyback at c. PLN 28.61. BioMaxima has spent already 72% of the amount earmarked for the buyback (PLN 5 million).
