Event: CEO on the Company’s outlook.
Today in the ‘Parkiet’daily Action’s CEO –Mr. Piotr BieliÅ„ski–gave an outlook on the Company.
ï‚· Action does not preclude faster repayment of arrangement instalments, nevertheless the final decision will be a derivative ofinsurance companies as Action will have to increase its payables.
ï‚· The Company is unlikely to enter on one e-commerce platform each quarter as Allegro delivers a much more refined solution than its peers.
ï‚· Action wants to come back to dividend payments after repayment of arrangement instalments. The Company already repaid 50% of the instalments value.
ï‚· The Company has more than 600 e-commerce clients in Poland and abroad.
ï‚· Action expects economy slowdown in the next 2 year, which will verify many businesses –CEO claims the Company is well prepared for harder times to come.
Expected impact:Neutral, in line with the previous announcements. Despite entrance on new e-commerce platforms the Company’s monthly sales figures shows that Action maintains assumed revenue growth trajectory of 5-10% yoy growth in 2022.
