The founder of InPost , RafaÅ‚ Brzoska, stated that 2022 was another good year for the group. “ We recorded record volumes, both in Poland and on international markets . This was achieved despite difficult macroeconomic conditions that were a challenge for the entire e-commerce sector. The exceptional quality of services offered by InPost made it another year of growth in the share on the main Polish market. [...] Despite record volumes of up to 5 million parcels a day , our NPS (Net Promoter Score - customer loyalty indicator) increased from 75% to 81% in the survey in December 2022. These results confirm that the InPost parcel locker network is the most convenient, flexible and pro -consumer form of delivery for e-commerce. As the volumes for the fourth quarter show, we are successfully implementing our business model on new markets," said RafaÅ‚ Brzoska, CEO of InPost.
At the end of 2022, InPost had 27,939 parcel lockers , including 19,306 in Poland (+17% yoy) and 8,633 on international markets (+120% yoy). However, parcel machines are a real sensation in the British Isles h. InPost even decided to temporarily limit their availability due to concerns about the capacity of the logistics partner. “This motivates us to expand logistics on the British market so that it fully meets the expectations of our customers,” said Brzoska.
