    Right before the ECB decision, we asked Christopher Dembik from Saxo Bank why does ECB consider expected by markets 25bp hike.

    Christopher Dembik (Saxo Bank): Basically this is a compromise between the hawks and the doves among the GC. Inflation is receding but not as fast as expected while credit data point out to slower growth in the coming quarters - we are however very far from a recession in the EZ. Expect the ECB to keep increasing rates at the short-term, at least until the summer.
