This week has shown that even without many economic events there are many factors which shape markets. Ongoing Russia-Ukraine war, sanctions and more affect the prices of many assets. April begins and naturally we’re approaching next monetary policy statements and announcements of interest rates.
Night
Japan - Shortly after midnight Tankan Large and Manufacturers and Non-Manufacturers Index indicators are released at 0:50 a.m. Previous announcement showed that they reached 18 and 9 respectively. In China, at 2:45 a.m. Caixin Manufacturing PMI indicator is released. Previously this one amounted to 50.4
Morning
In the morning, at 8:55 a.m. German Manufacturing PMI (prev. 57.6) goes public. Half past 9 a.m. we focus on Great Britain, where Manufacturing PMI (Mar) is announced. The previous value hit 58.0
Afternoon
There are two important releases at 1.30 p.m. These are Nonfarm Payrolls (678K) and Unemployment Rate (3.8%). At 3 p.m. ISM Manufacturing PMI (Mar) goes public and as the rest of the indicators will affect our moods for the weekend.
